Your period starts at your first completed, paid booking or 90 days after you go live, whichever comes first. Your Founding percentage and cap stay fixed for two years while programme standards are maintained, even after you use the free allowance.

How do I get paid?
When a client books, their payment method is secured. Eligible completed payments become payable after the normal seven-day hold and are sent through your connected Stripe account.
Can I choose which clients I accept?
Preenzy operates on instant booking to provide the best experience for clients. However, you maintain full control of your business. You can block your calendar at any time, define exactly what services you offer, and set your own service radius to ensure you only receive bookings that work for you.
What if a client doesn't show up?
Because all appointments are secured with a card at the time of booking, you are protected by the platform's cancellation policy. If a client no-shows or cancels late, you will receive compensation according to the policy terms.
Do I have to offer mobile services?
No. You can be mobile, operate from a storefront or studio, or offer both. Clients see where each service takes place before they book.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. You control each service price, duration and available fulfilment mode.
Can I run a team?
Yes. A business owner can invite staff, assign services and manage business-wide settings while each professional keeps their own profile and calendar.
Can I keep using social media?
Yes. Keep using the channels that bring you clients and share your Preenzy booking page when someone is ready to choose a service and time.
Is the Founding Member offer available across Canada?
Yes. Eligible providers anywhere in Canada can qualify while capacity remains. Your address determines the relevant market pool.
